We are looking for HRG for CSEE region covering and supporting Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.
Your responsibilites will be:
Partner with HRBPs, CoEs leaders at a local level to bring value and support to the business through: execution of performance management, coaching, corrective action issues, team building, employee development, compliance initiatives, execution of university relations programs/activities (tbc).
Provide guidance and support to local managers on performance management with the aim of preventing employee disputes.
Manage, with input from manager and in cooperation with HRBPs, all voluntary terminations and reductions in force. (Incl. planning, costing, and documenting all stages of the exit)
Represent company in employee disputes at first level of escalation
Provide feedback to other HR functions to deliver continuous improvement and consistency to all employees.
Deliver HR training activities provided by the COEs to managers and employees - this includes collection and review of trainings needs and coordination and/or facilitation of training sessions according to professional skills and capabilities
Partner with HRBP and Legal on execution of employee investigations
Provide support for data gathering when required
Provide support for on-site or remote audit/compliance reviews when necessary (internal, regulatory/legal requirements) including but not limited to collection and delivery of required data
Ensure all local policies, procedures and employment documents are up to date according to local legal requirements (incl. any transition needed).
Ensure a positive, non-discriminatory and safe work environment (in compliance with local laws and local union or work council requirements)
Provide support as required for any company-wide changes or programs, such as restructuring, assisting HRBPs with org design and change management efforts.
Provide local support for corporate initiatives and programs, such as engagement and inclusion initiatives, global voices (employee survey) and action planning.
Support local deployment of HR programs (e.g. Implementing new payroll methods locally, HRIS implementation, launching new CoE program, others).
