The Director, Human Resources will be responsible for the management of Heska’s global Human Resources and Compliance Function, covering approximately 600 employees. Managing a team of five human resources professionals, the Director will analyze needs to ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, respond to and resolve employment/compliance related issues, manage or conduct investigations in evaluating discrimination, compliance and employment related claims, develop policies and programs related to employee relations/compliance, monitor the Company’s global compliance program (including GDPR, FCPA matters) and strategize on solutions to manage employment related/compliance risks. The Director will also oversee 401K management and administer the Employee Stock Purchase and Health Benefits Programs. This Position will report to the General Counsel.

A competitive compensation package will be offered for this position, consistent with the candidate’s level of experience.
Bachelor’s Degree and approximately 5-8 years of corporate employee relations and compliance experience that may or may not include legal practice, with managerial experience considered desirable. J.D. strongly preferred.
This is a national search, however, local/regional candidates are preferred.
