Internship Summary: The HR Intern will assist with & analyze HR reports (new hires & turnover), contribute to recruiting, update position descriptions, as well as create job postings and learn the applicant tracking system (ATS). This is just a brief list of projects this internship will have exposure to.
Other duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in the recruiting process (candidate sourcing, conducting phone interviews, coordinating on-site interviews)
Employee engagement (surveying staff, participating in event planning)
Assist with onboarding/offboarding process (job postings, interview packets, new hire packets)
Organize & maintain personnel files
Various HR projects
Candidate must be currently enrolled in school pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field • Must be team oriented with a high level of professionalism • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task • Computer proficiency in MS Office
Must be able to commit to a minimum of 2 days per week.
