CWeX brings together researchers with a collaborative spirit and a wealth of expertise in the areas of diversity and employee wellbeing, leadership, teams, human resource management practices, and organisational culture, climate, and change. The successful individual will have an excellent record of outstanding achievement in core areas of research and teaching in Human Resource Management and we specifically seek an individual with expertise in Rewards/Compensation and/or Performance Management. Applicants for this position will need to have:
• demonstrated, strong, track record of research activities involving core HRM practices, including developing and publishing high quality, high impact journal papers; writing research grants and generating research income; • led the development, management and delivery of HRM courses and programs. • demonstrated expertise in teaching and learning including use of teaching technology; and, • experience working collaboratively with business and public sector organisations, and evidence of developing collaborative research projects will be highly regarded.
The appointee will contribute to the development and teaching of high quality undergraduate and postgraduate and executive courses and will be a collaborative academic leader who brings experience in the development and nurturing of academic teaching and research talent. They will play a pivotal role in the growth of research output and funding, and engagement with industry.
