The Contract IT Recruiter will provide oversight to/support for centralized talent acquisition activities for information technology positions. The position will work closely with hiring managers to forecast hiring trends, develop recruitment strategies, determine position competencies, and ensure outreach placement goals. The incumbent will oversee sourcing efforts, candidate pipelining, and recruitment activities. The incumbent ensures that all employment offers are within UC policy and all hiring activity is compliant with standards set by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and UC Policy.
