Reporting to the Director, HR Strategies, the Recruiter/Sourcer works in a highly collaborative manner with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and hiring managers to understand client departments' objectives and staffing needs, and to develop and execute customized sourcing and recruiting strategies and generate a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical, administrative support or management/exempt job opportunities. The Recruiter/Sourcer may also work with Compensation and HR Business Partners to determine job offers, establish pay ranges, titles and content for jobs, based on market data and market driven demands.
This position is a one-year limited term position, with benefits included.

5+ years of specialty recruiting and sourcing experience from a staffing agency, search firm or in-house recruiting team.
Demonstrable, hands-on experience using contemporary recruiting and sourcing tools such as job boards, social media, resume databases and search engines to identify active and passive candidates.
Broad knowledge of sourcing tools, posting placement, markets, social media and other active methods of reaching candidates, to reach the widest, most diverse pool of candidates.
Experience recruiting niche/technical professionals common to the medical, academic, biotech and/or health science environment.
Ability to perform advanced Boolean and other search methods.
Ability to perform research on the labor market, candidate pool and information technology industry standards.
Experience with diversity recruiting and outreach initiatives.
Experience working in higher education.
Special Work Schedule Requirements: Travel between Medford, Boston and Grafton campuses required as necessary.
