The Principal HR Business Partner, position reports to the Director, HR Business Partner. This position provides strategic HR business partner support to our business divisions under the Chief Operating Officer comprised primarily with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care & Operations, Operational Excellence, and Technology functional roles. Primary responsibilities include coordinating the planning and execution of human capital plans for the business unit - developing people strategies that connect and enable the successful execution of business strategies; crafting and executing talent management strategies & programs; consulting on business leadership team effectiveness; executive coaching; support of employee engagement and culture work; brokering all HR solutions for clients through specialist/expert HR resources. This position has critical interaction and influencing responsibility at the VP and Director levels. Specially this role is responsible for:
Strategic Partner – Client Groups
Gain immediate credibility with senior leaders and their teams
Lead complex strategic initiatives where impact is significant in supporting achieving our business goals; including
Influence the design, execution, realignment of the business strategic architecture
Lead, plan and execute Human Capital Planning to drive the strategic architecture
Leverage business acumen, financial data and market trends to inform the people strategy
Act as a change agent as the business continues to scale with the goal of providing mission-driven customer and employee experience
Establish a feedback loop to ensure people strategy remains current
Strategic Partner – HR Function
Gain immediate credibility with the HR function
Co-create, influence, and execute talent management strategies and programs
Serve as connector between HR teams and client groups
Partner with and between Center of Excellence HR teams to deliver seamless HR processes and programs across the organization
Leverage business acumen from strategic partnership with client groups
Broker all HR solutions for clients through specialists / expert HR Resources
Provide a feedback loop to HR functional teams to ensure real-time updates to processes
Coach & Develop
Partner with leaders to build high performing teams
Drive leader, management and personal development
Provide executive coaching and leadership development
Drive talent assessments and succession planning

Experience and Education
Minimum 10+ years of experience in a strategic Human Resources function role as outlined above
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field required; Master’s degree a plus
