The TemporaryHuman Resources Administrator reports to the Senior Associate Director and the Associate Director of Recruitment and will assist with heavy data entry and recruitment administration for a diverse community of faculty and staff. In addition, they will work on assigned projects as needed.
Required Education and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor's degree. Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute experience on a year for year basis
One (1) year of data entry experience in a professional office setting.

Highly detail oriented, results oriented and organized
Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently
Demonstrated ability to research, interpret and analyze information
Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
Ability to meet assigned deadlines and work well in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service as evidenced by a high level of responsiveness, first call resolution and by providing accurate, timely and complete information
Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse constituencies with patience, discretion, good judgment, courtesy and tact through effective, accurate and clear communication
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, reading, and consultation skills are required
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working in Human Resource Information Systems such as PeopleSoft or Oracle Human Capital Management.
