Uses professional employment and staffing techniques and concepts for employment, onboarding programs, and policies for the organization. Employment and search efforts tend to be more limited in scope and complexity job posting guidelines. Follows standard staffing practices and procedures in onboarding new hires. Primarily works on employment for the more entry-level part one I9 Tracker process but may conduct some part two I9 Tracker for students and less complex cases at this level. Normally receives detailed instructions on onboarding assignments. May work with internal and external contacts.Within the People Services Human Resources Department, the incumbent will be part of an enterprise wide onboarding process that support Campus, Medical Center and Health Sciences employment process. It is a fast-paced environment with the ability to interact directly with recruiters, applicants, new hires and department hiring managers across the enterprise. Schedules onboarding, background checks, verification of licenses, and health clearances for new hires. Provides first level job posting to ensures that the applicant experience is positive.
