The Manager of HR Shared Services is responsible for leading and managing key transactional and compliance processes executed across the associate life cycle and in support of the employee experience. The leader in this role will build and monitor core processes, standard operating procedures, key performance indicators and service level expectations to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of human resources services. The Manager will oversee a team who provide customer service to employees addressing their human resources related inquiries and executing human resources transactions in the areas of benefits and leave administration, University policy and procedure, and Workday assistance.
