The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at DePaul Universitys Driehaus College of Business invites applications for a full-time assistant professor tenure-track position in human resource management beginning academic year 2020-2021.
The successful candidate can expect the following responsibilities during the probationary period: Teach 5 quarter-length courses per year. Course assignments will support the departments scheduling needs and will likely include both graduate and undergraduate sections. Maintain an active research agenda consistent with the colleges expectations for a 5-course teaching load. Service as assigned at the department, college & university level.

Required Qualifications: Applicants should have: 1) A doctorate in management or a related field with a specialization in human resource management from an AACSB accredited school (ABD considered); 2) A strong program of scholarly research consistent with the rank; and 3) Instructional capabilities at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Prior university teaching experience is preferred and candidates with industry experience are welcome. We also invite applications from candidates with experience and a track record of publication in top journals seeking credit toward tenure.
