Position OverviewUnder the direction of the Superintendent, is the Chief Human Resources Officer. Leads, plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates the human resources development programs for all schools; has primary authority and accountability for the District’s hiring, employment monitoring, credentials and licensure monitoring, risk management, benefits, and educator support services. Promotes the overall efficiency of the school system and maximizes the educational opportunities and benefits available to each individual child. Ensures the hiring of highly qualified teaching and management staff who hold the appropriate certification and have the potential to benefit the instructional program for students.
