Provides high-functioning administrative support to the Human Resources department while serving as the front desk receptionist/ initial point of contact to employees, applicants, and visitors in-person, on the phone, and via email.
High School Diploma/GED required. Associates degree preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
3-5 years of experience providing a strong level of administrative support to multiple individuals in a busy, fast paced environment required. Human Resources related experience strongly preferred.

Excellent organizational skills which include diligent follow-up and accountability. Attention to detail is critical in order to maintain accuracy and meet performance expectations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate with individuals of all backgrounds and levels throughout the organization and community. Ability to interpret, understand, and/or articulate general organizational policies or information correctly, knowing when to refer the inquiry to other members of the departments.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Maintains organizational knowledge and understanding in order to provide the level of service that is expected.
Highly proficient in computer applications which include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must have the ability to format documents according to guidelines, manage multiple shared calendars, and produce reports and spreadsheets as requested.
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize with the ability to easily adapt to fluctuations in work load, projects, and immediate needs.

Light lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 10-20 lbs occasionally and frequent moving of objects of less than 10 lbs is required. Frequent sitting with some walking, standing, squatting, bending and reaching is required. Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions may be required.
