Duties and Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition team manages and executes approximately 400 recruitments per year in staff and management roles and is in the process of implementing a new recruiting solution, PageUp, that is planned for full deployment in Spring 2020. In conjunction with this implementation and as part of ongoing process improvement, the Talent Acquisition Manager will play a significant role in assessing business processes and activities and will recommend and implement changes for optimization of process efficiency and effectiveness.
The Talent Acquisition Manager works closely with the Classification and Compensation Manager and reports to the Associate Human Resources Director.
