Gannon University, a Catholic university, invites applications for the position of Human Resources Generalist. Working closely with the Executive Director and a seasoned team of professionals, the successful candidate will serve as the primary person to manage the data integrity and architecture of the HR information system and leave of absence process. Additional responsibilities include providing services in other areas of HR such as hiring, employee relations, and event planning.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (required) and a minimum of two years’ relevant experience (strongly preferred). Work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A high degree of specificity and proven ability to work with information systems, computer literacy, and proficiency in Word and Excel are required. Must be able to support and promote the University’s Mission.
