Job Description Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for and will assist with a number of human resources processes.
Along with the Associate Director, the incumbent will counsel staff going on a medical leave.Â The Coordinator will conduct exit interviews and compile a quarterly analysis.Â On a weekly or bi-weekly basis, the Coordinator will conduct Whartonâ™s new employee orientation. This individual will conduct informational interviews for certain level positions and participate in some business administrator interviews.Â This individual will also manage the Wharton Human Resources web page and coordinate all IT needs.Â The incumbent will triage Workday requests that come to Human Resources. Â
A bachelorâ™s degree and 3-5 years of experience or a combination of education and experience.Â Incumbent must have a general knowledge of employment law.Â The position requires the incumbent to have previous human resources experience.Â Experience screening resumes/applications and interviewing.Â Must be able to recognize and respect sensitive and confidential information.Â Strong customer service and coordination skills necessary.Â Some experience working in an HR based database.Â Workday experience desirable. Demonstrated strong verbal, written and listening skills are needed to be successful in this position.Â
