Incumbent monitors quality control and data integrity of Human Resources documentation and employment records. The incumbent performs quality reviews, file audits, and data cleansing in HR Systems to assure accuracy and consistency. Performs all position management functions including profile creation and updates. Works closely with UCPath project team and prepares process design documentation. Supports the Documentation Analyst and is a liaison to each HR center of excellence and end users throughout the organization. Performs as a functional lead supporting the HR Systems, including all data inquiries, system functionality and process design.
