The primary focus of this position is both functional and technical in support of all HR systems. Primary responsibilities include reporting, providing analytics and processing all interfaces with Payroll and other HR systems. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Performs necessary modifications to workflow and system processes.
