Using outstanding customer service and administration skills, you will:
Greet visitors, answer general inquiries, and direct more specific inquiries to core administrative leadership and/or point person
Manage communications and serve as primary contact for mail, copy, fax and telephone administration
Research and communicate procedures and benefits and respond to a wide range of inquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-up
Manage inventory, order supplies, process financial transactions and reconcile accounts
Update and maintain personnel files and records, create electronic files, manage file retention and archiving, update Harvard directories, and prepare correspondence and other materials
Support new hire onboarding and completion of paperwork, including I-9 processing
Assist with general HR and departmental support such as calendaring, room reservation, office organization and website maintenance
Provide some administrative support for events including logistics (space, catering, etc) and tracking RSVPs
Occasionally support recruitment and payroll
Participate as member of a cross functional team and handle other duties as necessary

Minimum three years of administrative experience. Education beyond high school may count toward experience.
