Market Job Description
Provide payroll administration support in various areas including Hong Kong Overtime administration and validation, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia Leave administration, Hong Kong Rental Reimbursement administration, Hong Kong MPF/ORSO Administration and Reports preparation etc
Support Audit by gathering documents per Auditor's request and Compliance Testing.
Handle Invoicing for Payroll Vendors and Local Agencies.
Support Government Survey and Data Collection for APAC countries.
Support Annual APAC Payroll Calendars Preparation, HR Forms update, APAC Public Holidays coordination and preparation.
Assist in tracking APAC Payroll inquiries.
Handle payroll documentary filing systems.
Distribute and Collect internal mails.
Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Market Skills and Certifications
Preferably with some HR experience
Experience responding to changing deadlines/priorities.
Strong analytical and computer skills are important, including but not limited to Excel
The candidate must be a strong team player, have outstanding customer focus and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with their client base and HR team
Must be used to constant change and changing goals. Flexibility of approach, together with a can-do attitude is key.
Must maintain a position of objectivity, maintaining sound judgment and consistent advice to the client base.
