Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources and Risk Management, you will be responsible for researching, developing and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract and retain a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. As a primary point-of-contact for recruiting, your experience with efficient and effective, inclusive recruitment methods based on industry standards and organizational needs will strengthen the Franklin Pierce brand and employment partnerships.

Experience and Qualifications:
As our ideal candidate, you will:-
hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree,
have a minimum of two years of experience in recruitment,
you will have a strong knowledge of human resources regulations including labor and human rights legislation and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission compliance,
previous experience with web postings desired.
Your good sense of humor, self-confidence, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and exceptional writing skills will complement the human resources team at Franklin Pierce.
