Carleton College is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Assistant to support our recruitment/staffing needs and general Human Resources functions as assigned. These tasks include preparing and electronically posting/advertising open positions, data entry for new and existing employees, and communication electronically and/or by phone with applicants during all states of the recruitment process. The Human Resources Assistant will also act as a backup for general front desk reception as needed.
The ideal candidate must have a post-secondary education with two or more years of employment recruitment experience. Proficient computer skills, especially in the areas of: integrated databases and HRIS, Microsoft Suite products, and online applicant sourcing skills. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and experience working in a Human Resources setting.
