Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate relationships and work collaboratively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholder.
Progressive experience with a strong emphasis on business partnership, client services, and HR generalist roles.
Strong ability to operationalize business strategy through effective people programs and activities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and problem solving skills.
Solid financial/business acumen.
Demonstrated experience managing labor/employee relations issues and advanced functional knowledge of at least two other HR functions (i.e. compensation, recruitment and retention, benefits, performance management, rewards and recognition, etc.).
Experience working in a unionized environment is a plus.
Master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology, business, human resources or related disciplines preferred. PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification is preferred.
