Provides routine analytical support for the successful design, delivery, financial management, communication and or administration of complex, corporate wide Personnel product(s) & program(s).
Responsible for performing routine research and follow up. Works under the guidance and direction of a more senior Product Analyst or Manager.
Provides logistic support for onsite benefits activities
Provides support for record retention exercise
Support Hong Kong Rental Reimbursement Program annual claim / enrollment
Escalate issues as appropriate
Building strong relationship with internal stakeholders including managers and colleagues within the wider shared services team and the wider HR department.
Examine trends from reports and assist in preparation of analysis and commentary back to stakeholders
Participate in ad hoc projects.
2-5 years of experience in Human Resources
Strong analytical skills – experience in gathering, organizing, analyzing and presenting large amounts of data
Strong organisation skills
Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint
Flexible/can-do attitude and disposition
Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion and balance risk and reward with a strong focus on compliance
