This Singapore based contract position is part of our HR Shared Services team and the primary responsibility is to coordinate the logistics and execution of recruitment efforts at PIMCO. You'll work closely with the recruiter, HR generalist, business line, and candidates to support the overall effort to attract the best candidates to our firm.
As part of our HR Shared Services , approximately 10% of your time will be focused outside of talent acquisition delivering a range of HR services to our internal clients. You'll provide support and solutions regarding HR processes as they pertain to employees in our APAC offices. You'll network across the different centers of expertise within HR and across the HR Shared Services team globally. Additionally, you'll be asked contribute to the team's focus on continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing process and technology changes.
Responsibilities o Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate in-person, phone, and video conference interviews including booking of meeting facilities. o Maintain and update requisition data and candidate information in applicant tracking system (Avature) o Understand and execute on PIMCO's end-to-end HR business processes o Post jobs on internal and external job boards o Partner with Recruiter to screen resumes received through internal and external job boards and forward to HRBP / hiring managers for review o Arrange domestic and international travel for candidates o Initiate, process, and follow up on new hire paperwork including background checks o Draft employee documents such as offer letter, transfer letter, and off-boarding documentation o Perform testing and create documentation for HR systems and process enhancements o Invoicing/expense management o Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to HR colleagues and employees, managers, and business leaders o Provide inquiry-related data and insights on themes to improve the employee and candidate experience o Prepare and trigger onboarding process including sending of new hire emails and UMW coordination o Ad hoc responsibilities as required
o Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience o Proven ability to provide excellent customer service o Two+ years of experience at a professional services firm in a fast paced environment o Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately o High attention to detail and experience keeping an ATS or CRM current in real-time o Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to prioritize workload independently o Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, energetic environment o Maintains a high degree of professionalism, ability to interface with all levels of the company o Possesses a proactive approach to accomplishing work, has immaculate follow up, and demonstrates the flexibility to meet business needs with a focus on achieving results o Excellent technology skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook o Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network with various departmental personnel and outside parties o Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills o Ability to identify the root causes of problems through an expanded, holistic view vs. looking at smaller, discrete parts or at symptoms in isolation o Familiarity with Avature and ServiceNow is preferred but not required o Mandarin and/or Japanese proficiency is preferred but not required
