The City of Blaine, a forward-thinking, innovative, and growing community, is currently searching for an HR Director who matches those qualities. The department has an annual budget of $570,000 with four (4) employees. The Deputy HR Director reports to the HR Director.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human resource management, public administration, with significant coursework in human resources, or a closely related field is required; a master's degree is preferred. The selected candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or higher and one (1) year of supervisory experience within human resources, including knowledge of pay equity and position classification systems. Experience in a municipal setting that includes department budget development and administration is preferred. The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $116,480.
