Rockwell Automation team is seeking individuals to play a key role designing, implementing, and extending the applications used at Rockwell Automation for HR services. Our preferred candidate would have deep knowledge and hands on experience implementing all phases of a Workday HCM project including working with business users globally to gather and comprehend business process requirements, using best practices in designing then configuring solutions, working with integration teams, participating in end user training, supporting large enterprise deployments, and post implementation support.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Gather global business requirements by collaborating with Rockwell Automation's functional process owners and technical teams, and translate those into simplified and organized processes which will be defined within standard Workday
Work with multiple work streams, implementation partners, integration teams, and business organizations to ensure cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated, for areas such as
Testing scenarios, completion, validation
Data requirements, mapping, cleansing, and loading
Reporting requirements, validation of standard reports, creation of custom reports
Training content and delivery to end users
Create or contribute to business requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional specification documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation as necessary.
Interact and develop strong relationships with business users in defined HR Functional areas.
Support testing activities related to HR Systems enhancements, changes, and upgrade.
May take lead or co-leadership within defined functional area to ensure functional area stays on track to meet the decision deadlines and milestones laid out against the overall deployment schedule.
Ultimately, will support troubleshooting/issue resolution and HR system maintenance.
Partner with cross functional RA teams to Compliance teams to identify potential data integrity issues and advise on appropriate audit and mitigation strategies to ensure data quality.
Collaborate with 3rd party vendors, coordinating issue resolution with 3rd party vendors as needed.
