Reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards, the Specialist provides best in class benefits-related services. Specific responsibilities include implementing and administering cost-effective benefits programs, such as pension plans, life, health, and disability insurance benefits, working collaboratively with the benefits team.
Human Resources Specialists demonstrate defined expertise in one area of the HR discipline. They should meet the qualifications to sit for certification in their area of expertise (where possible), or have demonstrated mastery of subject matter. HR Specialists exercise significant independence and autonomy, collaborating with senior HR leadership on areas of greater complexity.
