1. Serves as receptionist, answering phones, routing calls and providing routine answers to questions regarding policies, procedures and operations. 2. Performs routine clerical tasks, such as filing, opening and distributing mail, faxing information and scanning and administrative support of the on-boarding team. 3. Assists with updating sensitive information in both PeopleSoft and Equifax. Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered. 4. Responsible for scanning new employee files and other on-boarding related documents. Coordinates sending scanned files to storage. 5. Manage the on-boarding email inbox and responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner. 6. May assist with special projects, I-9 training, and on-boarding presentations as needed. 7. Performs other duties assigned.

Reviews the accuracy of various documents. Performs other duties assigned.
Bachelor's degree. Six (6) months of human resource experience or the equivalent experience.
One to Two (1-2) years of experience in Human Resources. Previous secretarial experience. Ability to use MicroSoft Office products.
