Trinity Health is North Dakota's largest healthcare provider and one of its leaders in medical education that primarily serves residents in NW North Dakota, Eastern Montana and Southern Saskatchewan. Embedded in the new patient-centered, community-based, integrated regional medical center and healthcare campus is the promise and potential of the new Trinity Health Campus and Medical District slated for completion in 2020. This new model will support and enhance day-to-day care for people when they become ill, and provide an infrastructure throughout the region to help people maintain their health and wellness.
The CHRO will play a critical leadership role in providing strategic direction to the senior management team concerning a variety of human resources matters and initiatives for Trinity Health. He/she will work closely at all levels within the organization to communicate strategic priorities into a Human Resources vision and plan that promotes the professional and workforce development of all team members. The newly appointed leader will assess and refine human resources strategies and practices that focus on organizational development, technology utilization, enhancing employee engagement, talent acquisition and management, HRIS enhancement and implementation, succession planning, and the integration of human resources across the organization.
The CHRO will be a transformational leader, a strategic thinker and a team player with a proven track record of aligning Human Resources with an operating strategy that supports an integration enterprise and a performance based culture. A graduate degree is preferred, and an undergraduate degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, organizational behavior or similar area of focus is required. A minimum of ten years of senior management experience in a sophisticated organization is required.
