As a Human Resources Business Partner/Generalist, you will support assigned departments as a strategic partner. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Employee relations, workforce planning, regulatory compliance, onboarding/orientation, policy interpretation and serving as the expert to guide leaders on any HR matters which may be governed by employment laws/regulations.
Acts as a liaison for assigned areas and Payroll/Benefits/Talent Recruitment Center/Occupational Health and other HR Business Partners.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required
Three (3) or more years of related Human Resources experience required
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
