DUTIES: The Department of Human Resources, Talent Acquistion team, is seeking a full-time HRIS Administrator (Applicant Tracking System). The Administrator will maintain the PageUp applicant tracking system (ATS). The Administrator will ensure optimum performance, maximum usability and efficient operation of the applicant tracking system, support system users and resolve issues. The Administrator will also create, produce and maintain reports, analyze data and make recommendations to better utilize the ATS to meet business objectives. The Administrator will also provide support to the Talent Acquisition team including but not limited to creating job postings, offer letters and assist with the onboarding process. Responsibilities: - Serve as the ATS technical subject matter expert. - Manage system access, profiles, permissions, user groups and hierarchies, and communication protocols. - Review and monitor system performance. - Troubleshoot and provide timely resolutions for user issues. - Escalate issues appropriately when required. - Serve as point of contact for system vendor, partner with vendor and IT to prepare for regular system updates and releases. - Identify and communicate opportunities for process and quality improvements. - Generate standard and custom reports. - Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as required. (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE ABOVE POSITION DESCRIPTION) QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree required. - 2 plus years of HR, recruitment, HRIS or applicant tracking (ATS) experience. - Ability to manage multiple tasks/high volume/short turnaround. - Tech savvy and strong communication skills.
