Essilor seeks thoughtful undergraduate or graduate talent with focus in Human Resources with an affinity to work in a global company based in Dallas, TX. Our intern program provides students the opportunity to participate in on-the-job training, access to mentors, and educational opportunities. Students may be given the opportunity to work as a part of a Human Resources rotation and are expected to use project management skills to execute multiple project tasks simultaneously. Students will document project work throughout the term in a formal report; and develop a presentation at the conclusion of the term to the Human Resources Department Leadership. It is possible this position may lead to extended internship, part-time employment or full-time hire subject to a fully successful completion of the internship program.
This rotational program could include being involved in one or many of the following areas: Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HR Systems, HR Generalist, Talent Management.
This internship is designed to be both educational and practical.
Graduate in Human Resources or Business Management with a focus in Human Resources
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Self-starter and proactive
Written and verbal communication skills in English
Computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
