HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR AND RECRUITER , Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL)-North America , to administer J-PAL NA's human resources activities and lead its recruitment efforts to attract top talent. Will resolve moderately complex issues and provide advice on matters pertaining to human resources and recruitment, including developing staffing plans; managing recruitment and hiring efforts; developing and managing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives; and supporting performance management.
REQUIRED : a bachelor's degree; at least three years of experience with human resources administration and recruitment; strong writing, project management, and problem solving skills; ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality; and meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
