1: Supervise HR Operational Services team with a focus on HCM, Benefits and Time processes and identify opportunities to streamline, create efficiencies, improve processes and champion related tasks associated with the team. 2: Manage and perform quality assurance activities to maintain data integrity in HR applications (i.e. Workday, Kronos, Salesforce) 3: Manage projects to ensure employee data, compliance requirements, and service improvements are at the highest standards. 4: Develop a team to be their best by leading from where they stand and by delivering extraordinary services to clients. Obtain, manage and analyze data to gain insight into team member's performance and development. 5: Supervise and aid HR staff to resolve escalated inquiries that require a high degree of interpretation of HR policy, procedure, or application process and/or analysis of inconclusive or obscure data. 6: Develop and manage methods for obtaining solutions to complex problems and issues by researching, recommending and implementing best practices. Maintain and preserve quality proven processes through documentation and training. 7: Implement and establish quality assurance procedures and best practices to enhance day to day work outcomes and performance. 8: Collaborate with critical stakeholders to resolve challenging issues and improve services. 9: Design and deliver compliance training to I-9 partners.
