Provide full administrative support and recruitment assistance to a designated Talent Acquisition team to assist with the delivery of best-in-class HR capabilities in the recruitment and retention of top talent to Boston University. Manage the University job posting process, post positions to all external job boards and sites. Research potential websites for targeted positions. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists and Director in all facets of the recruitment process. Generate a variety of recruitment reports including: weekly position vacancy, positions filled, time to fill and other recruitment analytic reports. Generate all contingent offer letters and promotion and transfer letters. Respond to all Talent inquiries. Complete all follow up activities with a candidate once an offer has been accepted. Perform SAP hire actions for new employees. Prepare new employee file for record system. Submit and monitor background checks.
Associate's degree required, B.A./B.S. or equivalent preferred, familiarity with SAP is desirable, strong working knowledge of electronic sourcing techniques and web-based recruiting tools including social media and job boards and applicant tracking systems, excellent organizational, writing and interpersonal skills and one to three years of related administrative or HR experience. This position is 37.5 hours per week.
