The Talent Acquisition Supervisor provides leadership, direction and oversight to the campus talent acquisition and outreach functions to attract, acquire, and retain staff for all positions within the campus with a special emphasis on senior management positions. This position oversees the campus talent acquisition operations and team and is responsible for developing and implementing effective staff recruitment programs and systems.The Campus HR team provides a variety of proactive strategic HR services, including talent acquisition, HR business partner consulting, labor and employee relations, compensation and classification analysis, engagement and wellness services.The University of California, Irvine is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer advancing inclusive excellence.
