We have a unique opportunity for an experienced HR/TR compliance & policy subject matter expert to join our team as aContent Consultant.
As aContent Consultant,you will be an ambassador, spokesperson, relationship-manager, and brand-builder for WorldatWork. In this role, you will influence publications, education, membership services, symposiums, conferences and events delivered, in order to keep Total Rewards professionals around the world informed of legislative and regulatory developments and represent the collective view of the rewards profession to federal policymakers on key issues. You will bring a broad understanding of HR/TR compliance, practices, content knowledge and professional relationships in the HR/TR and/or public policy fields. Others will rely on you for your subject matter expertise, and you will work with other WorldatWork teams (Education, Events, Marketing, Publications, etc.) to create high-quality, high-value content for our members.

10+ year’s relevant professional experience within the total rewards and human resource discipline, or equivalent combination of experience and education, required.
Master’s Degree and HR/TR compliance experience preferred.
Passion for the profession and for work that is highly collaborative and mission-driven.
A track record of creating impactful communications to promote understanding of legislative/regulatory intent and impact.
Dedication to continuous learning and to advancing the knowledge of the profession
Demonstrated grounding in theory and practice in Total Rewards (compensation, benefits, and/or work-life)
Strong business acumen, drawn from knowledge and experience with various business models and cultures (e.g., publicly-traded corporations, public sector, privately-held)
Excellent communication skills, both written, verbal/presentation and interpersonal
Strong consulting and influencing skills
Demonstrated skills in relationship building with subject matter experts, thought leaders and senior leaders/executives
Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and summarize data/information and make recommendations
