The Human Resources (HR) Systems Analyst’s primary purpose is to support and enhance the firm’s use of our primary system, Workday, by increasing our efficiency of current functionality and extending the use through the review and development of new functionality. This individual will work in all areas of our HR systems with a focus on Workday. They will 1) assist with maintenance in all areas of the system, including business processes, reporting and security; 2) work with users throughout the firm to increase efficiency in the daily use of the system and develop ongoing enhancements; 3) works closely with HR team members to enhance their efficiency in Workday.
Provide application and operations support to all users of HR systems, including troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution, reporting and user training.
Collaborate with users to ensure system needs are addressed; develop recommendations for any necessary corrective action or enhancements.
Perform various system administration tasks which might include updates to business processes, security maintenance, and valid values maintenance.
Develop and maintain ad hoc and production reports, exports, interfaces to other systems, and dashboards for all users at the firm.
Make recommendations for process improvements and apply change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality.
Assist with development of communication plans, materials and training programs for introducing system changes to end users.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; advanced knowledge in Excel.
Requires excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated understanding of the concepts and issues unique to the management of HR data.
Advanced written and verbal communications skills; high attention to detail; excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Exemplary client service; ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel and to promote team collaboration.
Ability to work effectively and with minimal supervision as an individual contributor and as a team.
Highly motivated and results oriented in organizing, planning and managing projects to completion.

Reporting to the Senior HR Systems Manager, the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR background, with focus on HR systems, programs, policies and practices, and experience working in a fast-paced professional services organization. This individual will have experience with Workday including Business Process set up, Reporting, and Security in the areas of: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll for US, Time Tracking, Absence and Recruiting. Prior project management experience as well as coordinating closely with IT project team a plus.
