Manager, Compensation and HR Operations
Salaried full-time | Roper St. Francis Office Park | North Charleston, S.C.
Lead and manage compensation human resources operations and HR information systems functions, ensuring success and striving for continuous improvement.
Design, implement and communicate programs and projects that support our organizational mission and vision, including compensation programs and projects, HR analytics and leader dashboards, data governance, and performance management.

At least three years of experience in compensation and HR operations, including supervisory roles
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, human resources or related field
HR knowledge in applicable laws and regulations, with significant experience in interpreting and applying the Fair Labor Standards Act
Proficiency with enterprise HRIS; Lawson/Infor preferred
Strong analytical and project-management skills
Executive compensation experience preferred
Current SPHR, PHR (or SHRM equivalent) and/or CCP preferred
