Erie Family Health Centers’ is looking for an organized individual like you to join our Human Resources Team! The Human Resources Intern must have a sense of humor, great work ethic and be very detailed.
Support the Human Resources Department in the clerical day-to-day functions, including personnel file management and general support to the members of the HR Team
Ensure accurate and timely recording of employee data in electronic systems as assigned
Responsible for tracking required certification and registrations of staff members and communicating renewal dates
Assist in posting all employment positions on Erie’s career page and external job boards
Conduct special projects and internal audits as assigned by Human Resources Manager
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Human Resources or Office experience preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Word skills required
Spreadsheet and database skills desirable
This is a Part Time Year Round Internship, ideal for someone hoping to work around 16 hours a week and learn more about Human Resources! College students are encouraged to apply.
