In this role, you will serve in a director-level capacity leading a cutting edge-human resources team. As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will report directly to the System Director, Business partners and play an integral role in furthering the objectives of UHS Business Unit Leaders and their teams’ through the development and execution of strategic HR programs and initiatives.

The successful Senior Human Resources Business Partner should have the following qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required; MBA/Master’s degree preferred.
SHRM SPHR certification a plus.
Proven ability delivering value added service to management and employees and providing solutions that can improve business outcomes.
An excellent communicator with a consultative approach.
Insight of the organization and the markets that it operates within, and the ability to apply this knowledge in strategic thinking and decision-making required.
