Coordinating payroll for all of the employees of the company and liaising with the outsourced provider.
Interact closely with Payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Maintain key relationships with a number of key stakeholders in the business as well as providers
Collating all of the payroll data and ensuring that all calculations are correct
Constantly review and update internal processes to ensure the smooth running of the payroll Administering calculation a range of benefits as well as the pension scheme.
Ensure timely and accurate administration of employee garnishments, insurances and taxes, ensuring proper withholding and remittance to appropriate agencies and authorities
Manage employee and HR inquiries related to timekeeping, leaves and other payroll items.
Lead in process training to develop the team and create effective back ups
Identify risks and ensure appropriate controls are in place
Stay abreast of changes in social security, employment and tax laws that impact payroll and benefits
Liaising with Expat payroll team to ensure accurate treatment of expatriate compensation and benefits
Ensure compliance with all internal/external regulations and requirements
Leading any payroll projects that are undertaken
Graduate / Postgraduate with at least 5+ years working experiene in Payroll functional area
people management experience
Strong knowledge of end-to-end Payroll processes, Tax and Employment Laws and Payroll Accounting for Poland
Strong ability in data management for analysis and reconciliation processes
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of standard data mining and reporting packages
Ability to handle highly confidential/sensitive data information
Strong organisation skills and ability to effectively prioritize
Be a self-motivated and result-oriented individual with an ability and experience to manage, motivate and lead teams of skilled staff consistently, while taking equitable and fair decisions in leadership
Very strong calculation / analytical skills
Excellent organization & time management skills. Should exercise good judgment in prioritizing deliverables for oneself and team
Ability to make sound business decisions and exercise good judgment skills with understanding of when to escalate issues
Ability to develop strong partnerships HR colleagues

Ability to work under pressure and work within tight deadlines

Must be flexible and adaptable to changes in procedures, processes, systems, etc.
Fluency in English and Polish
