As an HR Records Rep, you will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing actions in our HR system, Lawson. Once we implement Oracle HCM Cloud, you will transition to a cloud environment. You will be a champion for client departments by encouraging the use of electronic forms and will act as a resource for questions on completing electronic forms for efficiency and accuracy.
You will also be responsible for:
Following Medical Center and Medical Network/Foundation policies and procedures and approval authority levels for all pay actions inclusive of performance evaluations, equity, market, demotions, promotions, union merit, longevity, certifications, etc.
Collaborating with HR Line of Business Representatives on unique issues that arise to successfully resolve issues or discrepancies.
Working closely with Recruitment on job change and transfer information; Benefits & Compensation on employee benefits status, compensation approvals for market adjustments, equity, etc.; and HRIS on position set up/changes, history corrections and other related matters to maintain employee data integrity.
Partnering with the Payroll Department on retroactive/lump sum payments to employees and termination processing.
Interacting with third party administrators regarding benefits, COBRA, unemployment and other local/state/federal agencies.
Building rapport and communicating with all levels of the organization to resolve discrepancies.
Maintaining high accuracy of data entry and high skill level of computer applications (MS Office).
