The purpose of this position is to supervise and manage any of the following functional teams within HR Shared Services: Call Center, Data Entry and Records Administration, or Recruiting Administration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as supervisor for a functional team delivering on customer service criteria, monitoring progress and providing ongoing feedback to staff to improve individual and functional unit performance.
Evaluates and anticipates work volume and assigns/distributes work among the staff accordingly.
Serves as an escalation point for involved cases or service complaints that cannot be resolved by a team member.
Coaches, trains and motivates staff to maximize their potential and performance.
Interprets and communicates direction and goals for work unit.
Sets achievable goals that are linked to the objectives of the client/organization.
Conducts training sessions and prepares training aids for team.
Creates and updates process and procedure documentation for continuous improvement of internal work streams.
Prepares periodic reports on relevant transaction and work volumes relevant to the functional unit.
Adheres to all internal CBRE policy and external laws/regulations as related to Employee Records Administration.
Assists with internal and external audit procedures and protocols.
Manages project and program development using clearly defined project plans, assign accountability, deliver results and determine measurements for success.
Communicates effectively with all parties involved. Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the cross functional processes within the Human Resources Group.
Leads and/or assists with large transitions/implementations of client accounts.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of HR Operations experience.
Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
PHR or SPHR certification preferred, but not required.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style.
Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups.
Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.
Ability to calculate simple to intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent writing, planning, organizational and problem solving skills.
Must be capable of establishing internal and external networks and working on cross-functional teams.
