A Project Management Office (PMO) has been set up to run 11 work streams that assess, develop and improve the tooling and processes of Human Resources domains specifically related to Employee Engagement. Think about Career Development, Performance Appraisals, Employer Branding, but also on how to embed the Purpose & Values of TMF across countries and businesses.

Great Learning opportunities: you will work in the Project Management Office (PMO), as a spider in the web, and will prepare reporting for ExCo and our Regional Steering Committees. You will work along with colleagues around the world in designated HR work streams on topics such as Employee Engagement, Culture & Values, Career Development, Leadership Development and Employer Branding. During your internship you will learn about the Business, Deep Dive into Human Resources, and you will become a skilled Project Manager.
For your thesis/internship paper, you will become expert in an HR topic of our mutual interest. On this topic you will prepare to implement your insights into the TMF practices and share your expertise with the TMF HR community.

Set up and maintain Status reporting and Activity tracking of the Work Streams in Project Management Tool
Maintain contact with HR and business / support functions to obtain information relevant for reporting
Prepare reporting to HR Steering Committee, Business Steering Committee and Executive Committee
Collect and analyse HR related data (a.o. data on engagement, attrition, reward)
Assist in improving current HR processes and tools
Develop and test thesis on specific HR topic, potentially develop process, tool or other HR deliverable (for instance competency scan, mentor data base, specific training or reporting)
You have good knowledge of and insight into at least one of the following:
E-tooling and innovations in Human Resources, for example new HR apps/tools that are available
