Overall responsibilities are for the delivery of all human resource activities within the country. This includes staffing, succession planning, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations and organization development. This person will provide council and direction on related matters to the business leaders in GRC.
The HR Head is expected to develop and maintain a high performance work environment consistent with the Rockwell Automation vision, values and culture and provide leadership in this area. The incumbent must be adaptable, resilient, change savvy, and customer-centered. The incumbent will also contribute to the development of our broader HR business objectives and partner with the functional/business leaders, directors and corporate leaders on a regular basis.
The candidate needs to be mobile and should have the potential to be part of the Global talent pool. In 3-4 years to become the Regional Director - HR Asia Pacific.
