Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field; or equivalent coursework.
One to three years of Human Resource experience in a generalist role with basic experience and understanding of Payroll processing.
Knowledge of state and federal payroll and employment laws, regulations and statues.
Reports to work punctually, works all scheduled hours, and works overtime as necessitated by business demand.
Proficiency in a wide variety of personal computer software programs, including the Microsoft Office application suite, Microsoft Publisher, clipart and graphics software, and desktop publishing programs.
Ability to operate a ten-key calculator.
A strong working knowledge of local area network directories, protocol and general maintenance procedures.
Strong analytical skills with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate and prioritize large, detailed project requirements and schedules.
Strong organizational skills in order to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a time sensitive environment.
High scanning accuracy with extreme attention to detail.
Self directed nature, ability to work independent of supervision, and ability to follow directions.
Ability to work well with others in a demanding work schedule.
Ability to research, develop and create new programs.
Maturity and discretion to handle confidential information.
