The Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing strategic HR leadership for the organization including creating and executing a plan that supports the mission and goals of the organization. Oversee and develop human resources policies, programs and services, including recruitment, selection, retention, legal compliance, employee benefits and compensation, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, employee communications and events.
Serve as an internal consultant to the organizational leadership team, supervisors, and employees on personnel issues that affect performance and business relationships. Foster a workplace environment consistent with our mission and values.
This position reports to the CEO.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field. • Ten years of relevant HR experience with a demonstrated track record of increased responsibility, and at least 5 years in a management role dealing with exempt and non-exempt employees. • Professional certificate in Human Resources field (PHR or SPHR) preferred. • Non-profit experience preferred
