The HR Change Management leader will be a dynamic individual capable of planning and executing the most important talent initiatives for CBRE with a goal of creating an efficient and engaging employee experience as well as maximizing business impact. These initiatives and programs will be both operational and strategic, global and regional, in nature. More than a program manager, this leader will be able to engage with our senior-most business leaders to understand their objectives and considerations and, working in close alignment with the HR Centers of Excellence, craft deployment plans that meet both the needs of HR as well as the business. This leader will have experience in all 3 regions of CBRE, and understand the complexity of cross-regional deployment as well as the need to align all parties toward a successful project.
The Change Management leader will have an operational efficiency orientation, able to build and oversee a team of project managers who will develop realistic timelines and track against plan. This team is responsible for working across the organization to develop budgets, operating plans and complete business case submittals for budget approval.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
Program Management Governance Establish and monitor key program metrics (KPIs) to maintain visibility to program performance and adjust as needed
Establish a global program structure and governance processes to facilitate program objectives, ensure clear roles and responsibilities, manage expectations, outcomes, overall project delivery plan that supports rapid decision making.
Manage program reporting cadence, across the program and executive level -- facilitate key program governance meetings and global deliverable timelines.
Develop HR best practices on processes that will be utilized during all project/program initiatives, both domestic and international
Build out the program management function within HR (currently consists of a single, seasoned project manager)
Maintain cross-program visibility to project timelines, resources, scope, linkages and budget to maximize efficiencies, promote agility, and mitigate risks and issues that have program impacts
Form and maintain strong partnerships with D&T, Legal, Marketing and Communications, Finance, PMO and other functional departments to ensure program execution and alignment across other enterprise projects as well as Capex and Opex budget tracking
Build strong relationships and outcomes-based objectives with business leaders
Project Development & Execution Own the development and acceptance of successful business cases for all new HR led projects
Create and maintain cross-program visibility and Human Centered Design experience impacts to key stakeholders
Serve as HR lead on project/program team meetings and partner with Global HR organization and HR Centers of Excellence on project execution
Work across the HR organization/CBRE enterprise to quickly solve for (and escalate as needed) key risks and road blocks to ensure projects continue to plan
Create and maintain program stakeholder communities to develop relationships needed to drive stakeholder engagement, support program-level insight, and decision making
Strong understanding of key principles, and experience implementing, change within a large global organization with multiple and diverse stakeholders
Experience with Six Sigma: Master black belt a plus
Strong orientation to both efficiency as well as simplicity and efficacy of employee experience

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
